Function: Can be used to grow warts on yourself, and perhaps other, less important characters as well.

How to Use: Probably contains a potion or unguent to facilitate wart development.

Notes: Harry got one of these in a Christmas cracker during his first year at Hogwarts, but we've never seen him use it.
